With an ever-changing menu, the restaurant’s head chef, Gennarino Esposito (2 Mitchellin Stars) prepares dishes which satisfy your taste buds and are of the highest quality on the island. Taking inspiration from both the fabulous flavours of Southern Italy and the freshness of Mediterranean cuisine, each of his dishes are of the highest level of culinary studies.

IT Ibiza’s menu is split into brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert, along with their menu a la carte. With small brunch and lunch menus offering light bites such as Potato gnocchi with ragu, Fish of the day with pumpkin and coffee, Calamari with Grilled squid and sesame, Pescato with a plate of peperoni and Fresh fish of the day with potatoes and peppers. There is also a buffet offering beautiful light bites such as marinated salmon, vegetable couscous and veal with tuna.

The restaurant’s dinner menu is simply divine. With a heavy focus on pasta and fish dishes, this restaurant is an island’s favourite. Spaghetti with calms, Raviol with aubergine, tomato and parmesan and tempura seafood with mixed vegatables are all popular at IT Ibiza.

The desert menu is also diverse. With a range of classic deserts such as Chocolate mousse, lemon cake with ice cream and raspberry and walnut crumble, IT Ibiza’s sumptuous flavours entice guests and tickle their taste buds with popping flavours and aromas. The restaurant also provides more Ibiza favourite and traditional deserts such as Baba traditional with custard and berries, caramel and banana mousse with a liquorice and passion fruit sorbet and creative takes on deserts such as their “Like a tiramisu”.
